How is my account handled if I am an annual customer but cancel before the end of my 12 month term?
Your account would be recalculated and service charged at the monthly rate for the number of months you subscribed. If the recalculation results in your account showing a balance, the balance will be credited and you will owe nothing but be refunded nothing. If you are due a refund it will be processed upon cancellation.
